# Real World Investments

At Nugget Fund, we've closely monitored evolving trends in profitability strategies. Among these, we've identified a significant shift towards integrating physical assets with cryptocurrency. A key opportunity arising from this trend is the establishment of cryptocurrency-based ownership of real-world assets.

We intend to apply this concept across various real world strategies, aiming to provide investors with options for long-term returns backed by the stability of tangible assets. While these initiatives will require significant time and investment to realize, they reflect our dedication to a long-term investment philosophy.

This is why we have created a dedicated section focusing exclusively on these opportunities in the Land Office.

Investors will have the option to either buy directly or utilize their existing $SLN to contribute to an escrow account for each specific project. Once the required funding amount is reached, these funds will be converted into fiat currency to finance the project.

Subsequently, the profits from these investments will be distributed to investors in the form of $SLN tokens.
