# Eastern Europe

#### Building projects in Romania and the rest of Europe

Nugget Fund, through our subsidiary LLC, has established a partnership with an experienced builder in Romania. This builder is contracted to construct residential housing in the Black Sea region. We are particularly interested in this area due to its large shipyard, which is currently hiring and thus driving a high demand for housing. The cost-effective construction in this region, combined with the potential selling prices, presents an appealing investment opportunity for our investors. Each project proposed by the builder will be evaluated by Fatu LLC for its feasibility and alignment with Nugget Fund's criteria before being offered for investment.

Our criteria for project acceptance are based on several factors:

* We aim for a projected return of at least 50%.
* The project should be completed within a year.
* A thorough current evaluation must indicate strong potential for sales.

Initially, our focus will be on Build-to-Sell projects, as they offer quick and favorable returns for our investors.  \ <br>
