# The Investment

Nugget Fund, through our LLC, Fatu, LLC will use the services of a construction company based in Romania. This company will then use the funds provided to construct medium-sized homes in Romania. Returns from this investment will come once the properties are built and sold. 

By taking advantage of fractionalized investing and economies of scale we project returns of around 50%.  Fatu, LLC will receive 15% of the profits, with the other 85% distributed to NFT holders. Once, the process has been finished, NFT holders will have received their initial capital plus profits.
