# $SLN Projects Cycles

1\. When an investor decides that they would like to be part of a specific project, they will deposit $SLN into an Escrow wallet. The $SLN can be existing tokens, or they may be new tokens bought at the Cashier’s Cage in the Saloon.
2\. When the investor decides to invest in a specific project, their deposit into the Escrow wallet will be locked until one of two events occur:

a. The total required is deposited and the project is ready for commitment, or\
b. The designated Escrow Period expires. If this occurs, all the escrowed funds are returned to the investor 100%.
3\. When a project is ready to begin, investors will be notified and given 72 hours to make a final commitment. If no commitment is made within this period, funds will be automatically allocated according to their initial escrowed purpose.
4\. Once all commitments have been received, and the funds are still sufficient to fund the project, the funds will be sent to our Fatu LLC for investment. If insufficient fund commitments are received, the Escrow commitments will be cleared, and the deadline will continue in force.
5\. Fatu then contracts and manages the project to completion. Once the project closes and funds, Fatu returns all funds to the Project wallet for distribution.
